The Center For HBCU Media Advocacy, Inc. provides scholarship access, internships, conferences and training seminars to develop minority journalists studying at historically black colleges and universities, specifically those journalists seeking to create their own outlets in traditional or new media.

Additionally, the Center monitors media coverage of HBCUs across the country, identifying coverage trends across all journalistic media.
